William T. Fricke
CPA, CFF, CGFM, CGMA
Ted graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism in advertising and public relations. He went on to complete post graduate studies at Georgia State University in accounting and received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia. He is the owner and Managing Partner of Fricke & Associates, LLC with offices in Peachtree Corners, Marietta, and Atlanta, GA. He has over 30 years experience and currently advises over 5500 clients.
He represents clients in both general and specialized accounting in tax and auditing for a wide array of industries and clients (including: engineering, real estate, medical practices, non-profits, manufacturing, film, TV and music production and several others). He also serves trusts and high net worth individuals.
Ted served at the partner level in the audit of the U.S. Department of Labor, the first ever audit of a Department of the Federal Government. He also was the partner in charge of the U.S. Government’s pension plan in a joint venture with the accounting firm of KPMG. His experience includes serving as the auditing partner in charge of audits for Cherokee and Harris Counties, The Atlanta Regional Commission, the Georgia Department of Industry and trade, the Georgia Building Authority and hundreds of other large and medium size government, nonprofit and commercial entities.
He is a member of the AICPA, Georgia Society of CPA’s, PCPS Editorial Advisory Group, past chairman of the Governmental and Not-for-Profit Services Committee and the past chairman of the Peer Review Committee of BKR International, treasurer for the Mount Vernon Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution and the Roswell Mills Camp of the SCV. He was president of the Stone Mountain Kiwanis Club, and served as local chapter president and member of the State Board of Directors of the Georgia Jaycees. He served as and elder and chairman of the finance committee of Mount Carmel Christian Church and was a member of the board of the Mount Carmel Christian School. He is currently a member of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA and is a volunteer Treasurer of Warrior2Citizen.
