Go to our website home screen. Click on Client Portal. Type in your email address. If you do not remember your password, press the ‘Forgot Password’ button. Go to your email and you should have a link to reset your password. Once the password is reset, try logging in again.

You may visit the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/payments. For your specific state, to pay your state taxes online, please go to your state’s DOR (Department of Revenue) website and follow the prompts. Another option is to visit https://safesend.com and follow the payment directions.

Depending on your individual or business situation, once your information is logged into our system, your return will be assigned to a tax preparer. The preparer will then contact you.

We do our best to complete your return in a timely manner any delays are oftn the result of missing or incomplete information. Most refunds are issued in less than 21 calendar days. However, if you filed a paper tax return and are due a refund, it can take six months or more for the IRS to process your return.

No. You will not be penalized for filing your taxes late as long as you don’t owe any money. However, please be aware that you must file your tax return within three years of the due date (including extensions) in order to claim a refund that may be due. If you do not file within this deadline, then your refund will be forfeited.

Yes. SafeSend Returns offers an encrypted, secure system to view and sign your e-file authorization form(s).

Be sure to check your spam/junk email folder. If you do not receive your code within the 20-minute time limit, please request another. If you continue to have any issues, please contact our office.

The questions SafeSend Returns asks are knowledge-based questions pulled from government and credit sources. If you don’t remember the answers to your questions or you answer incorrectly, you won’t be able to electronically sign your e-file authorization form(s). You can instead print, sign and return your e-file authorization forms to Fricke & Associates, LLC.

  • Business filing deadline: March 15th (1120-S & 1065)
