We help our clients in the film industry select and set up the proper business entity, ensure they meet all the regulatory requirements, maintain all appropriate documentation, and plan for minimizing tax liabilities.

Not-for-profit organizations

At Fricke & Associates, LLC, we understand that accounting for nonprofit organizations can be challenging. When you consider the myriad of cash flow concerns and tax ramifications, it becomes more than apparent that not-for-profit accounting differs immensely from traditional businesses. Creating and managing successful grant and fundraising programs, developing a strong and active board, and increasing overall membership are challenges that make these entities unique.

Contractors

The business setup and requirements for contractors vary widely. Yet it is still crucial to have a practical accounting system for all successful businesses. At Fricke & Associates, we work with independent contractors in various industries to report on financial performance. Our extensive experience allows us to preempt concerns and meet the specific accounting needs of contractors.
