About Us

Whether your company is a corporation, LLC, or a Limited Partnership, annual registration is an important required step. Annual registration must be completed by April 1st. The regular cost is $50.00 and there is an additional $25.00 charge for late registrations. Thankfully, the government has made the process easier than ever. If your company does not have any changes to report, you can complete your annual registration online extremely quickly. Even if you have changes to make to your registration, you can complete your registration online. There are still more traditional mail options for those less technically inclined. The team at Fricke & Associates, LLC are standing by to help your company, regardless of your industry, complete your annual registration and stay in accordance with government mandates.

FAQS of Annual Registration:

  • How Early Can Annual Registration Be Filed?—You can begin filing your registration starting January 1st of the tax year. Getting in the habit of filing early in the year is wise to avoid stress and late fees.
  • What Payment Options are Available?—Cash is not accepted, but credit cards, checks, money orders, and certified bank checks are approved.
  • What Filing Options are Available?—Once your company is registered, you can utilize one-click annual renewal. Otherwise, you can file online or print the form and mail it in with your check or money order. The State of Georgia more recently started offering options for filing multi-year registration, up to three years. We can help you determine the best fit for your situation if you need support.
